Mary Caroline Gray

I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. I am particularly experienced in the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, trauma, and bereavement/grief and loss.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Centre College and a Master's Degree from University of Louisville's Kent School of Social Work. I use a variety of treatment modalities including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, IFS, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.

My most important goal is to meet my clients at their most imminent needs as they navigate their current circumstances. I also believe a key to effective treatment is the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client. If I am not the best match for you, I will be devoted to ensure that you are referred to a therapist who can best help you.
