Zack Culver
Licensed Psychological Practitioner
Zack Culver has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years in a variety of settings including community mental health and state government employee assistance. Zack has experience counseling individuals suffering from mood disorders, anxiety, work related stress and trauma. Through his employee assistance work, he has helped those struggling to deal with secondary traumatic stress resulting from repeated exposure to stories about abuse and violence. His graduate training in cognitive-behavioral therapy laid the foundation for his eventual adoption of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy practices that incorporates mindfulness and values based strategies in the service of symptom reduction and improvements in life satisfaction. Zack is available to work with adults and teenagers from all backgrounds and orientations. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.
